Charles Dickens once said, “it was the best of times, it was the worst of times...it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope”. It has been the worst of times since there has been loneliness, sadness, loss of life, and disruption in daily routines. It has been some of the best of times because perhaps the pandemic has forced us to realize what is really important, and to redirect some of our priorities. It has been a time to rekindle relationships and strengthen our bonds with loved ones.
At Endo Excellence we would like you to know that we have been here almost since the beginning of the Pandemic. In the beginning, after the first few weeks, we were seeing emergencies one day a week. Then slowly increased to two days, and now we are available for emergencies five days a week with Dr.Fonseca and Dr. Kazim. We are currently open Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm.
Our goal at Endo Excellence is to serve our patients at the very highest level possible, and to make everyone feel comfortable, safe, protected, and at ease. During this Pandemic, we have seen many patients, and it has been a pleasure serving you, especially during this difficult time. Patients have been extremely gracious and appreciative, and that has made it all worthwhile. Although these have been some of the worst of times, I believe that the best is yet to come, and we all have it in ourselves to rise and serve our communities and keep with us all the valuable lessons we have learned.
